What Are Exosomes Injections?

Are you interested in exosomes and how this intriguing cellular regenerative technique can help you? You’re not alone: as encouraging results have shown that exosome injections can improve erectile dysfunction (ED) issues, exosomes have become a hot topic Let’s take a deeper dive into exosomes, the procedure for ED, and the results.

What Do Exosomes Fix?

First, a little explanation. Exosomes are microscopic extracellular vesicles, considerably smaller than cells. They form in endosome pockets inside the cell. Stay with me, I know this sounds like a lot of gibberish.

An endosome is somewhat like a small pocket of air or bubble inside of the cell. Several microparticles, such as proteins, messenger-RNA, micro-RNA, and valuable lipids, combine inside the endosome ‘bubble’. They bond together and then are ejected out of the cell, becoming what’s known as an ‘exosome’.

Exosomes are how cells communicate with each other, as exosomes carry messages amongst themselves. Basically, the exosomes give marching orders to other cells and kick-start the body’s natural healing process. It was traditionally thought that this expulsion was a waste by-product of the cells.

Now we understand that exosomes are not waste: what messages are these exosomes carrying? Often, these messages are the body’s cells communicating to others that repairs need to take place. Sometimes the exosomes signal for more aid to their location if major regeneration is required. As we age, our body’s cells are not able to function as well as they once did, and this is where exosome injections come in to save the day.

What Is the Procedure?

Here at Revived Performance for Men, we use the reputable product ExoFlo, which was created by Direct Biologics for our exosome injections. The treatment is administered through a quick, simple and direct injection to the treatment area. While other treatments like Plasma Rich Platelet (PRP) therapy require a small amount of the patient’s own blood, with ExoFlo injections blood draw is not necessary.

ExoFlo is sourced from donated mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) obtained from human bone marrow. That means we’re using the same exosomes that the body develops naturally! Direct Biologics processes and produces ExoFlo under the most stringent standards. They operate under what is considered current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP). This is the FDA’s highest enforced standard.

We take patient health and safety seriously and only use the most trustworthy substances in our treatments. If you’d like to learn more, visit our ExoFlo page. If you’re ready to take control of your ED and want to book an appointment, feel free to call us at (720) 263-9344 or schedule a free appointment online. Your first consultation is on the house.

Is Exosome Therapy Safe?

Exosome therapy is somewhat new to the erectile dysfunction arena. So, naturally, due caution is warranted. There are many bad actors in this market and the FDA has issued reports on concerns related to exosome cases. When digging through all of this, it can be hard to know what information to trust, so we’re going to break it down below:

Who Produces Exosomes?

First off, exosomes are made and used in your body organically. As a natural part of your body, there have been no long-term negative side effects reported from this treatment.

Exosomes are not a synthetic or man-made chemical, they’re an important part of your body that contain things such as protein and DNA. Exosome therapies, such as the newly popular ExoFlo service, are completely organic and natural. The exosomes are sourced from human bone marrow mesenchymal stroma/stem cells.

Direct Biologics, the company that produces ExoFlo, is working in complete agreement with the FDA. They take their safety concerns very seriously and maintain “Current Good Manufacturing Practices” (CGMP), which is the most superior standard of processing and manufacturing controls.

What About FDA Approval?

Exosomes are very closely related to what the FDA refers to as HCT/Ps (Human Cellular or Tissue products). This means they are governed very similarly to HCT/Ps. For now, the FDA approves no products with exosomes just like there are no approved HCT/Ps. The FDA requires HCT/Ps to be registered and does not require prior FDA approval. As long as the products are meant for homologous use and are minimally manipulated, they are safe.

What does homologous use mean? Basically it’s using an HCT/P to heal or repair a patient in the same way the donor’s body would use the cells or tissue. Exosomes assist with cell communications in everyone. And since exosomes are naturally found in everyone’s body and are performing the same function for the recipient as the donor, it falls under ‘homologous use.’

Direct Biologics’ ExoFlo is a minimally manipulated tissue that has one single donor for each lot. ExoFlo contains no animal products, chemicals or drugs in the processing and isolation of the exosome products. Direct Biologics is actively seeking FDA approval and working hard to ensure a safe to use product.

In fact, Direct Biologics just recently received FDA approval to proceed with their second ExoFlo IND (Investigational New Drug) for post-acute COVID-19 syndrome and chronic post-COVID-19 syndrome last week. This is exciting and promising news for this amazing product.

You can rest assured that Revived Performance for Men has your safety in mind. Our Denver office follows a strict standard maintained by Sarah Kurts. How Do Exosomes Work?

For a long time, microscopic entities known as Exosomes were overlooked as nothing more than scrap waste. However, over time, new discoveries have shown how vital they are to repairing damaged tissue.

Where Do They Come From?

Exosomes are one of two types of cells known as extracellular vesicles, the other being microparticles. They are only a couple nanometers in size. Extracellular vesicles can come from different parts of the cell. Inside of a cell, a part of the membrane wall forms inward. This creates a special form of lipid vesicle called an endosome. In layman’s terms, the endosome is like a small pocket or bubble inside of the cell.

Proteins, microRNA, and messenger RNA become enclosed within the endosome ‘pocket’ membrane. These proteins and RNA are now trapped together inside the endosome. Trapped inside the ‘pocket’, they become an extracellular vesicle.

In order for the newly created extracellular vesicle to now get out of the endosome and the cell, the endosome has to fuse with the surface of the cell. This releases the extracellular vesicle out of the cell.

Think of it like pulling your pocket inside out to get rid of lint. Except, exosomes are way more powerful than lint.

What Do Exosomes Do?

Extracellular vesicles used to be regarded as merely being leftover waste of the cells. However, when researchers looked at these microscopic bits more they realized something incredible. These extracellular vesicles were actually a clever method of passing messages back and forth between cells.

Because of their small size, exosomes  are able to pass between cell membranes. They act as mail carriers delivering instructions and information between cells. When the raw building materials of the body, known as stem and progenitor cells, don’t know what to do, exosomes step in to guide them.

These signals also request the body to send more stem cells to the area, organizing an effective and well-regulated process of healing.

ExoFlo, the leading product in exosome therapy, is made by Direct Biologics. They’re certified by the FDA’s regulations on Current Good Manufacturing Practice. Each cc of ExoFlo contains over 10 Billion exosomes. For more information, we have an extensive amount of details on this ExoFlo page

What is Exosome Therapy?

Scientists can’t help but get excited and overcomplicate exosome therapy. Granted, exosomes are very complex, but scientists tend to add needless complexity when discussing the topic. As we explain this amazing regenerative medicine, we want to keep it simple and understandable.

What Are Exosomes?

First off, a quick summary of what these little guys are. Exosomes simply help cells talk to each other and give the body instructions to start repairing itself. Kind of like a foreman or supervisor, exosomes oversee the performance of the body’s natural stem cells. They manage these cells and direct them on how to heal, repair, and restore damaged tissues.

Exosomes are one of two types of extracellular vesicles. ExoFlo’s exosomes are about 30-150 nanometers. They carry RNAs, proteins and lipids from their parent cells. It was thought that extracellular vesicles were a waste by-product of cells until it was investigated more. Researchers discovered that these tiny organisms are what actually allows communication between cells.

How Can Exosomes Help?

Stem cells are the body’s raw materials and their descendants are progenitor cells. Both work to restore, heal, and repair the body’s damaged tissues. However, sometimes there is a flaw that stops these cells from doing their job. This is where ExoFlo exosomes come in to save the day.

ExoFlo exosomes get these faulty stem cells back to working order. They also signal to the body to send more stem cell building material to the damaged area for repair. This promotes an organized and effective healing process.

As mentioned, exosomes are natural to the body. ExoFlo comes from human bone marrow mesenchymal stem/stromal cells (MSC). The proteins and RNA naturally found in MSC from bone marrow have a special property.

Typically when the body tries to heal itself, it often involves inflammation. Obviously, this can be an obstacle. However, bone marrow MSC has been shown to control this inflammatory restoration process. It fine-tunes the proper response of inflammation to allow for optimal healing.

Why ExoFlo?

I know what you’re thinking: If they’re naturally in the body, why can’t the body just fix itself on its own? Why do you need ExoFlo?

As great as our bodies are, they aren’t perfect, which is where ExoFlo comes in. An ExoFlo injection is able to speed up the body’s healing process by pin-pointing the problem and delivering the exosomes where they need to go immediately.

Direct Biologics, maker of ExoFlo, is certified by the FDA as a Current Good Manufacturing Practice company and they are a leading innovator of regenerative medical products. The company’s primary focus is optimizing the potential of regenerative technologies.

To that end, each vial of ExoFlo is processed for purity in a sterile filtered facility. Every cc of ExoFlo contains over 10 Billion extracellular vesicles. You can rest assured in ExoFlo’s performance.

What’s The Procedure?

The excellent thing about ExoFlo is how easy it is. You don’t have to think about it or remember to take any pills. After the treatment, the exosomes go to work on their own. Additionally, the procedure itself is a simple injection.

Does Redbull Help With Erectile Dysfunction?

You’ve probably heard or are wondering about the myth that energy drinks can help your erectile dysfunction. You might think that Red Bull has caffeine, and caffeine is a stimulant, so then it must stimulate my sex life… right? You’d be surprised.

What’s So Hard About Stiffs?

There’s more to getting a boner than it’s typically made out to be. It is an involved process that includes the brain, hormones, emotions, nerves, muscles as well as blood vessels. If there’s a problem with any of those, it might cause erectile dysfunction. Before I lose your attention, why is any of this important?

Because stress can bring about erectile dysfunction. Running some of your body’s smaller, more intricate systems at its physical redline is going to cause breakdowns at some point. This is why caffeine might be hurting instead of helping you. It’s known that consuming too much caffeine and sugar will lower sexual libido in men and women.

This may lead to a softer erection and can actually make your sexual anxieties worse. A study was conducted in April 2015 by researchers from Greece and the United States. They collected data from 3,700 men. One of the patterns they noticed was that men who drank between 170-375mg of caffeine daily had less cases of ED.

How Much Red Bull Does That Mean?

Red Bull says there is 80mg of caffeine in their 8.4 fl oz cans. Based on that study, this is about 2-4 of the small cans of Red Bull (or 2-3 cups of coffee). But just remember that each small can of Red Bull has 27g of sugar. The American Heart Association recommends men should have no more than 36g of added sugar a day.

Not to beat a dead horse, but you ought to pay attention to this sugar intake. The researchers noticed another interesting pattern. Although overweight men with high blood pressure who consumed more caffeine were less prone to ED, the higher caffeine had no effect on ED for men with diabetes.

Researchers speculate that caffeine helps smooth muscle tissue and arteries. However, this smoothing effect could just be a faster heart rate and higher blood pressure forcing blood vessels to appear ‘smooth.’ Studies have shown that drinking Red Bull does increase blood pressure, from a faster heart rate. While it is known that a firm erection requires good blood flow, it is possible to over-do it with too much blood flow.

All in all, it seems as if your mileage may vary when it comes to Red Bull. Energy drinks do not seem to be a magic cure for preventing ED, but I hope that armed with this information, you can make a wise choice for yourself.

Does Green Tea Help Erectile Dysfunction?

You may have heard this rumor that green tea can help alleviate erectile dysfunction. Scientists asked themselves that very question, “can green tea prevent erectile dysfunction?” A research study was published in 2008 on whether or not consuming green tea regularly would affect erectile tissue.

What’s So Special About Green Tea?

So why should we care about some tea that our annoying co-worker is always bragging about? Well, green tea is noted for its rich anti-oxidant content. Anti-oxidants are recognized for helping prevent the disease in blood vessels known as atherosclerosis. That name’s a mouthful, but it’s simply arteries that are clogged with fatty plaques.

And why do we care about preventing clogged arteries? I’m sure you know that this can often be a “show-stopper.” So, moving on to the study. It was conducted on rats, like most studies because we’re similar. No, I’m not going to wax poetic philosophy 101 about the rodent part. You probably heard enough about that in some human studies elective. I mean that we’re both in the mammal class of the animal kingdom.

What Did They Find?

The point of the study was to observe changes to the genitalia, and how this could possibly prevent or postpone ED. The test group sipped on only a green tea extract solution for 6 months. The researchers made an encouraging discovery. While the amount of blood fats was not significantly different, less fats were being stored in the blood vessels of the genital organs.

Basically, it was slowing down and delaying the disease with clogged arteries, atherosclerosis. Additionally, the test showed a reduced chance of death from a cardiovascular disease. So while these results are very promising, they did note that more research is needed to prove green tea prevents harmful cases related to ED. Now, I’m not sure about you reading this but I’m gladly drinking green tea while I write this. Maybe I’m biased, but it’s hard to argue with that knowledge.

It may not solve your ED, but it could prolong your life. However, if you need a faster solution than drinking green tea for 6 months, you may be interested in our remedial ED services. ExoFlo is our newest service that requires no surgery and it’s completely natural. Please call our Denver office at (720) 263-9344 or schedule an appointment.

Aloe Vera & Erectile Dysfunction

Aloe Vera was called the plant of immortality by ancient Egyptians. Can this so-called immortality be harnessed to repair impotence? Does the reputation of this renowned little plant really hold water?

What Can Aloe Do?

First, aloe is known to come in two forms of medicinal substances. It can be found as a yellow latex or a clear gel. Aloe’s clear gel is used in topical creams and ointments for burns, psoriasis skin conditions, and also acne. It’s important to remember that the yellow latex of aloe is a laxative taken by mouth to deal with constipation. Clear gel aloe is safe as long as it’s used as recommended. Aloe latex requires attention to safety. If 1 gram of aloe latex is taken multiple days continuously, kidney damage can be caused and can even prove to be fatal.

Evidence has proven use of aloe for the following conditions:

  • Psoriasis: symptoms of mild to moderate psoriasis such as redness, itching, inflammation, and scaling can be diminished by aloe extract cream.
  • Wounds and burns: clear aloe gel seems to shorten the time it takes to heal wounds such as first and second degree burns. It also may help stimulate healing in other wounds.
  • Herpes simplex virus: lesions can heal sooner with the use of an aloe extract cream.
  • Acne: When used in the morning and evening regularly, aloe gel can boost the efficacy on acne of the prescription topical medication tretinoin.
  • Constipation: While aloe latex can cause abdominal cramps and diarrhea, it behaves as a laxative. It is unclear if it is effective at treatment of constipation and results may vary.
  • Oral lichen planus: two months of twice daily application of clear aloe gel can lessen this condition’s inflammatory symptoms inside the mouth.

Clear aloe gel is mainly regarded as safe in most cases, even proving efficient in treatment of skin conditions. Aloe latex, on the other hand, should be used with due caution. Chemicals in aloe latex may cause cancer. It is considered unsafe in large quantities. There is a possibility of acute kidney failure and death. Children under 12 years old should not use aloe latex.

You should be careful using aloe orally with the following drugs:

  • Blood thinners such as Warfarin, Coumadin, or Jantoven.
  • Anticoagulants and antiplatelets, herbals, and supplements. These slow blood clotting which can compound with oral use of aloe leading to longer bleeds.
  • Water pills or diuretics. This may result in deficient potassium levels and may need potassium supplements.
  • Digoxin (Lanoxin) has side effects that can be increased when potassium is low.
  • Stimulant laxatives along with aloe latex can over do it on your bowels and lead to dehydration.
  • Oral drug absorption and effectiveness can be reduced if taken with aloe latex.
  • Diabetes drugs with oral aloe gel can put one at risk of a condition similar to hypoglycemia (abnormally low blood sugar level).
  • Sevoflurane (ultane) is an anesthetic used during surgery that can slow blood clotting. Combined with aloe, this could cause unnecessary bleeds during surgery.

Different Kinds of Aloe:

An Italian institute’s research showed that Aloe Arborescens is much more potent than Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera).  The Palatini Institute in Salzano, Venice discovered that Aloe Arborescens is twice as strong in remedial quality than Aloe Vera. Of all known plants, Aloe Arborescens contains the largest number of identical enzymes in our body. Of the 95 main enzymes in the human body, it contains 73 of them.

While it hasn’t been directly linked as a cure for ED, Aloe Arborescens is a much more impressive relative of Aloe Vera. Many scientific reports show that Aloe Arborescens has dramatic beneficial effects.  It can improve  heartburn, gastritis, reflux, intestinal health, and other immune system diseases. Most importantly for those suffering from ED, it detoxifies and cleanses blood vessels. Could it solve ED? Current studies are not conclusive, sadly.

Locals in Nigeria have been known to use Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) to increase sexual desire. Scientists studied the aphrodisiac effects of this plant in male rats. Groups were given different doses of Aloe Barbadensis and a control group was given distilled water mixed with Viagra. Researchers monitored the sexual behaviors in the groups and found interesting results. They noted that Aloe Barbadensis increased the number of sexual engagements, but substantially reduced the durations of the engagements. Put simply, it made them more willing, but didn’t help them last longer.

Similar to how aloe can detoxify blood vessels, our GAINSWave therapy uses low intensity shock waves  to improve blood flow by removing plaque and repairing blood vessels. A key benefit of  GAINSWave is that it is a drug-free, non-invasive, non-surgical option to achieving better sex.

Almonds and Erectile Dysfunction

There seems to be a LOT of misinformation out there about almonds and erectile dysfunction. Let’s take a look at the facts and dispel the myths.

Nuts About Nuts

Spanish researchers conducted a small study about several kinds of nuts. Their findings were part of the FERTINUTS project and were published in the journal Nutrients. Previously, the FERTINUTS study found that hazelnuts, walnuts, and almonds had enhanced sperm quality; however it did not alter sexual function.

What was interesting though, later on in the study, they discovered that eating about 2 handfuls (60g) of nuts a day could actually lead to better sexual function. The study used 83 participants who regularly ate a typical western diet. This meant they ate a lot of animal fats like meat and little fruits and vegetables.

Participants were split into a control and test group for 14 weeks. The control group continued their normal diet while the test group added 60g of almonds, walnuts, and hazelnuts to their diets. Blood tests were taken at the beginning to establish a baseline as well as the end.  Changes in levels of nitric oxide and other relevant data were observed.

After seeing the results, researchers discovered that simply adding these nuts to a diet considered ‘unhealthy’ had a positive effect on libido and the intensity of orgasms. Considering the number of participants in the study, more research is necessary to support these claims. The researchers even indicated discretion because of the small group size.

Chock Full of What?

Almonds are considered one of the most healthy foods. This is for many good reasons. Almonds are high in fiber, vitamins A and E, and beta carotene. They also help to mitigate risk of heart disease and other conditions. The fats found in almonds are mostly monounsaturated fats, which is a healthier kind of fat that can help reduce high blood cholesterol.  And if all of that wasn’t enough, they are easily available.

Many nuts are loaded with arginine. This is an amino acid responsible for nitric oxide production in the body. Long story short, nitric oxide (NO) has been found to help with invigoration. The L-Arginine compound helps with blood flow (vasodilation) to the captain. However, in the earlier mentioned study, the data did not match up between patients’ improvements and blood levels.

Even though the levels of NO and other blood data did not indicate the reason for the improvement, other health benefits from eating nuts could be the cause. Plant based sterols, antioxidants, and folic acid have a positive effect on overall health. The reduction of inflammation due to nuts is the big takeaway from this study more than anything.

While almonds might not be the cure to your impotence, Revived Performance for Men might be. We specialize in scientifically proven, non-invasive procedures that help to increase blood flow to the penis and optimize erections, sensitivity, and sexual performance.

Can Vitamin Deficiency Cause Erectile Dysfunction?

Vitamin deficiency and erectile dysfunction are on the rise for several reasons, but these two issues also have more ways to combat them than ever before. So are these two problems connected? Let’s break down some studies and uncover the truth:

Why should I be concerned?

Vitamin deficiency, specifically vitamin D, is a serious issue. Data collected by the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) shows a significant drop of 49% in the US population’s vitamin D levels. Meanwhile, the number of men suffering from ED is increasing. An estimated 322 million men in 2025 will deal with ED. The reason for this worldwide uptick could result from a multitude of factors.

Aging population is a reason, thanks to advancements in modern medicine that have increased life expectancy. Obviously this is a good trend. So what are bad trends? Unhealthy diets and sedentary (inactive) lifestyles are also evident facts. Eating poorly leads to vitamin deficiency. Vitamin D Deficiency (VDD) has been linked to arterial stiffness and vascular dysfunction.

I know you’re thinking “Arterial stiffness sounds like a good thing, though.” Arterial stiffness prevents vasodilation, which is essential for achieving an erection. Arterial stiffness results from calcification. Adequate amounts of vitamin D has been shown to regulate the calcification. However excessive amounts of vitamin D can worsen the calcification too.

What Benefits Does Vitamin D Provide?

When Vitamin D activates, it triggers production of nitric oxides (NO) in endothelial cells. This is important for vascular dilation which in turn prevents ED. Multiple other nonvascular diseases have strong ties to both ED and VDD. This leads us to believe that VDD can contribute to ED. These include the following conditions:

  • Alzheimer
  • Asthma
  • Chronic kidney disease
  • Depression
  • Metabolic syndrome
  • Multiple Sclerosis
  • Obesity
  • Parkinson
  • Periodontal disease
  • Psoriasis
  • Smoking

Again, these conditions all can be caused by VDD and often lead to ED. This is promising for proper vitamin D doses to help prevent ED. This is to say that by itself, vitamin D can’t cure the issue, but can certainly help.

Are there other vitamins I should know about?

So we’ve focused a lot on Vitamin D now, what other vitamins can stop ED? Let’s take a look at Vitamin B-12. What is vitamin B-12 responsible for? Vitamin B-12 is vital in the formation of red blood cells, nerve function, cell metabolism, and DNA production. This relates to ED because a vitamin B-12 deficiency might cause impotence.

Like we mentioned earlier, Vitamin B-12’s role in nerve function is really important. When there is a deficiency, the nerves necessary to achieve an erection may have been severely damaged by the lack of crucial vitamins. This deficiency is also easily overlooked when there are other contributing conditions to the ED. This vitamin B-12 deficiency is common as we age.

If you are concerned with ED, you also should know that vitamin B-12 deficiency may cause infertility. This goes back to the basic function of vitamin B-12’s responsibility in DNA production and cell metabolism. The male’s infertility is the cause of about 40% of cases where a couple cannot conceive. This is not new knowledge, as it originates from a study conducted in the ’80s.

Scientists in Japan found that 27% of men with a sperm count of less than 20 million were able to easily increase their counts. When given a daily vitamin B-12 dose of 1000 mcg, these men’s sperm counts increased to over 100 million. Vitamins may not solve your ED alone, but a lack can certainly be the reason for it.

Vitamins are not a cure-all, but can be thought of more like proper preventative maintenance for your body. If a vitamin deficiency isn’t causing your ED, it might be worth looking at treatments such as GAINSWave and Priapus Shot.

We offer these painless and promising solutions for any man who has a compromised sex life or Peyronie’s disease and wants optimal performance naturally without the pills or surgery. If you’re ready to tackle your ED, give us a call at (720) 263-9344 or Book Your Free Consultation.

Can A Bad Diet Cause Erectile Dysfunction?

ED can be a side effect of another condition, as well as being its own condition. Today we examine if a bad diet affects your ED, how, and what can be done to alleviate it.

How A Bad Diet Causes Erectile Dysfunction

Experts say there is a significant link between a person’s BMI and their erection (BMI is body mass index, a value of a person’s mass related to their height – often linked to body fat percentage). Diets consisting high in fat can lead to blockages in the arteries. If these fats are not consumed as energy output by the body, they will be stored wherever is easiest throughout the body.

Through this process, micro-plaque, which is a combination of fat and calcium, can build up on the walls of your blood vessels over time. This build-up then reduces the maximum flow available through arteries, thus restricting blood flow to the penis. High cholesterol can also lead to this same dilemma, as food that is typically considered unhealthy is usually high in cholesterol.

As previously stated, it’s important to burn these fats in your food off before they are stored because it’s difficult for the body to convert stored fat back to energy ready to be used. The body will burn the easiest energy it can first, such as simple carbohydrates. This is why it is so important to have a balanced diet to prevent risks.

So What’s The Solution?

It’s not exactly a groundbreaking discovery, but it needs to be said: consuming healthy food will benefit your entire body. Your body depends on good fuel. Yadda yadda, healthy food, I know, but just know this: there are particular foods which are believed to bring specific benefits to those suffering erectile dysfunction. Kale, spinach, and other leafy greens contain nitrates which are said to be great in dealing with ED. Another source, beets, also contain a great amount of nitrates.

The reason nitrates are helpful is because they contain molecules that help the circulatory system. The molecules improve circulation by helping oxygen efficiently move through the blood vessels. This is a great solution for where impeded blood flow is believed to be causing dysfunction.

Alternatively, GAINSWave and the Priapus shot work to remove the build up on arterial walls. This is a great way to quickly eradicate your impotence with little downtime and no invasive surgeries. GAINSWave treats the root cause of these issues using high frequency, low-intensity shock waves to improve blood flow to the penis, repairing damaged blood vessels and removing decades of micro-plaque.

The Priapus Shot (P-Shot) uses platelet-rich plasma (PRP) from the patient’s own body to rejuvenate damaged tissue. The P-Shot procedure is designed for those who have restricted blood flow due to surgery side effects, diabetes, an enlarged prostate, and prostate cancer. Because the platelet-rich plasma comes from your own body, it is more natural than other ED treatments.
